Registration
If you need a visa, please complete the fields on the registration form and you will receive the invitation letter once your payment is received.
Registration Categories
- General: All non-student participants
- Student: Students must email a proof of student status (Subect: CAV Student Status) to congres (at) floralis (dot) fr at the time of registration.
Registration Deadlines
The deadlines for the various registrations are:- Early registration rates apply for registrations received on or before May 26th.
- Late registration rates apply for the registrations received on or after May 26th and on-site during the conference.

People registered to CAV will have free access to the workshops of the 28th.
Additional fees
- Extra proceedings: 50 euros
- Extra ticket for Workshops dinner: 70 euros
- Extra ticket for Banquet: 70 euros
Refund Policies
- A refund request received until June 1st is eligible for a refund of the fees with a 50 euro cancellation fee.
- After June 1st and until June 15, there will be a partial refund of 50% of the fees.
- There will be no refunds after June 15.
For cancellations and refunds, please notify Floralis by email congres (at) floralis (dot) fr. An acknowledgment will be returned to you by email.
Payment Methods
You can pay your registration fees by:- Credit card (data submitted online via SSL)
You can only pay online by credit card. If you have a password protected credit card, please ensure that you have this password to hand before you subscribe online. Please note that if the payment process fails, you will not be able to use the URL link again, if this is the case, you may choose another payment method.
- Bank Transfer
Please ensure that all of the following information is included on the bank transfer form.
- Please indicate the name of the congress(CAV 2009) on the bank transfer form
- Please add the invoice number (located at the top of the invoice you received by email)
- Please mark clearly your name
